Feel happy
Do what you can to feel confident and beat stress. Everyone's different so you've got to find your favourite ways for feeling great. See Study Skills & Strategies, pages 50-51.

Manage your time
Perhaps it sounds a little boring but a structured study timetable will give you plenty time to learn - and to have fun!
The more you organise your time you won't be worrying at the last minute, you can give yourself time off to relax and spend with your friends and family, and overall you can feel confident knowing that you have prepared yourself to the best of your ability.
